Delete it yourself
This works the same in the Android app, the iPhone app and at voluta.app.
- Sign in to Voluta.
- Open Settings, then Account.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete Forever.
If you have an active Voluta subscription, deleting your account cancels it at the same time.
If you can't sign in
Email privacy@voluta.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll reply to confirm the request before anything is removed, because deletion can't be undone.
What gets deleted
Your profile and everything attached to your account, including your library, reading history, reviews and social connections. Deletion is permanent.
What we keep, and for how long
Your account is removed as soon as you confirm. Any remaining personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it or we need it to resolve a dispute. Anonymized statistics that can't identify you may be kept. The full detail is in section 9 of our Privacy Policy.
